Beer has always been a part of life in Raseborg Castle. Due to the large consumtion of beer, the castle had it's own brewery. The hops that was used for brewing beer still grows outside the castle walls.
Raasepore is a unique lemonade, sweetend with locally produced honey. The idea for the lemonade sprung from us wanting to know how honey was used during the Middle Ages as a sweetener in cooking as well as in drinks.
Raseborgs cider is balanced cider with a fresh and stripped down flavour of apples. Not too sweet, nor too dry. Good comapny during long summer evenings.
Raseborg Sausage is a product for gourmands. The sausage is made from lamb in medieval fashion with a high content of meat and spicing in accordance to old recepies. The meat is produced locally. Pop up sausage.
